> ## Agent Instructions
> The PyPI package is graphifyy, with two y's. The command is graphify.
> /graphify . is typed in an assistant chat, not in a shell.
> Use only commands, flags, and endpoints shown on these pages. Do not invent one.
> Check the current version on PyPI (https://pypi.org/project/graphifyy/) or in https://docs.graphify.com/changelog.md before you describe what shipped.

# When something fails

> What to check for an empty graph, a failed build, or a plan limit.

Match the message on screen, then open the page it points to.

## The map did not write graphify-out

`/graphify .` is an assistant instruction, not a shell command. Run it in the assistant chat at the repository root. A finished map writes `graphify-out/graph.html`, `GRAPH_REPORT.md`, and `graph.json`.

If the folder is missing, confirm the install:

```bash theme={null}
graphify --version
graphify install --platform cursor
```

You should see a version line, then a skill install for that assistant. More install failures are in [Troubleshooting](/troubleshooting).

## Cloud shows no graph

Open **Repositories** and read the status.

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Indexed | A graph has been built and is available. |
| Building | Indexing is running. |
| Queued | The repository is waiting to build. |
| Failed | The latest attempt did not finish. |
| Paused | Indexing is off. |

[Repositories and builds](/platform/repositories) is where you connect the repository and turn indexing on.

## A build failed

Open **Builds**, filter to that repository, and choose **Retry** on its latest failed build. On **Repositories**, a failed repository's **Options** also offer **Retry indexing**. Both index the repository's current head, not the commit that failed.

## You hit a plan limit

The console names the limit:

| Message | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Monthly indexing allowance used** | The workspace has used this month's indexing allowance. It resets at the start of next month. |
| **Daily build limit reached** | This repository has used today's automatic builds. The limit resets at 00:00 UTC. |
| **Repository too large for this plan** | The newest version was not published. The last published version still works. |
| **Monthly reviews used** | The reviews included in the plan are used for this month. |

Compare allowances on [Plans and pricing](/pricing/overview), and check the workspace **Billing** page for the plan in use. A limit message is not an empty repository.

## Still stuck

Ask in [Discord](https://discord.gg/XPPYrdw3Yp), or open a [GitHub issue](https://github.com/Graphify-Labs/graphify/issues) for the open-source engine. Include the installed version, operating system, exact command, and a sanitized error.
