CLI reference - Graphify

The package is graphifyy; the CLI is graphify. Run commands from your project root unless you provide an explicit graph path.

Core commands

Multiple graphs

graphify merge-graphs first.json second.json --out combined.json
graphify global add graphify-out/graph.json --as my-project
graphify global list
graphify global path

Choose a unique project name when registering a graph globally. graphify global remove my-project removes that registration.

Skill syntax is different

/graphify . is an instruction to your coding assistant. graphify extract . --code-only is a shell command. Use the integration guide for your client’s skill invocation.

Version scope

This reference was checked against source version 0.9.62 on the repository’s v8 branch. Check your installed version with graphify --version; flags and coverage can differ across releases. Current source.
