https://api.graphify.com/mcp. MCP is the connection. The plugin is the package ChatGPT installs to set that connection up.
Once connected, ChatGPT can search the repositories you have indexed in Graphify Cloud, follow callers and dependencies, and judge what a change reaches. There is no API key to paste and no graph to build on your computer. This is the same hosted server as Graphify MCP for VS Code and Graphify MCP for JetBrains.
Before you start
- ChatGPT, on the web or the desktop app. On a work workspace, an admin may need to allow the plugin before you can connect it.
- A repository indexed in your Graphify workspace. Sign in at app.graphify.com, connect a repository, and wait for its status to reach Indexed. See Repositories and builds.
1. Install the plugin
Open Graphify in the ChatGPT plugin directory, or go to Settings → Plugins and select Graphify by Graphify Labs. The sidebar also has a Plugins entry. Select Install plugin if ChatGPT shows it, then Connect. Your browser opens so you can sign in to Graphify and choose the workspace that holds the repository you want to query. Review the access ChatGPT asks for before you approve it. Installing the plugin does not sign you in by itself. The connection is ready only after that Graphify sign-in finishes.2. Ask a question
In the message box, mention Graphify and ask it to list what it can see:@Graphify Explain how authentication works in my selected repository, with supporting code locations.@Graphify Help me assess the likely impact of a code change and find linked tests in my selected repository.
